By registering with us you will be receiving occasional email messages from us, our affiliates and business associates regarding products and services that are of possible interest to doctors and other health care providers. Every email message that you receive from us will have opt out links at the bottom of the message. One of the opt out links will allow you to remove yourself from email broadcasts from specific companies or organizations only, and the other opt out link will remove you from our entire database so that you will not get any email messages from us or any of the companies or organizations that we broadcast email messages for.

DoctorNet may provide certain customer contact data (names, email addresses) to other companies, organizations and entities that we are affiliated with or do business with and who may want to contact you via email regarding their products, services, meetings and conferences, and other information that may be useful to doctors and other health care providers. If you do not wish to receive such information from us then you can opt out using the opt out links at the bottom of our email messages, as described above, or you can send an email message to database@doctornet.com with the message "optout" in the subject line. Alternatively you may call 212-986-7293 and speak with one of our customer service representatives to opt out.

If you receive any email messages from any companies, organizations or other entities that are affiliated with us, or that we do business with, or that we have provided your email address and/or name to then you have to check and determine what their privacy and opt out policy is by reviewing their email message, reviewing their web site or contacting them any other way.
